Why do you not want me to drive my machine down?
Because Ocala is about 115 miles and over two hours each way, and most equestrian machines are heavy and mounted. On-site is safer for the machine and easier on you. We keep Ocala on the on-site side of our 150-mile radius for that reason.
Our machine punches holes in blanket fabric instead of stitching it. Fixable?
Usually yes. That is normally the wrong needle system, too much presser foot pressure, or feed dogs set too high for the material. We adjust all of that on site and test on your actual fabric before we call it done.
Is my machine worth repairing?
Often, yes. Machines built years ago were made with metal parts and they last. Many of the ones we see just need a good cleaning, fresh oil and an adjustment. We look at it first and tell you what it needs and what it costs. If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, we say so and you decide.
