Why Orlando calls us
Costume shops, resort linen operations, screen-print and embroidery houses, and dance and cheer studios all run machines that were never meant to sit idle. These are heads bolted to tables and multi-head units that cannot be lifted into a car, so we treat Orlando as an on-site city. We have been working on production equipment for over 65 years, including brands and models that stopped being supported a long time ago. We bring common parts with us, and anything that has to come back to the bench gets explained before we leave.

Questions from Orlando customers
Why is Orlando on-site only?
Because you are 105 miles from our Clearwater shop and the machines here are almost always mounted production equipment. Hauling a multi-head unit two hours each way makes no sense. Call (727) 321-9344 and we schedule a technician to come to your floor.
Our embroidery machine shows an error code we do not recognize. Can you help?
Yes. Computerized machines throw codes for encoder faults, trimmer jams, thread break sensors, and drive problems, and the code narrows it down before we arrive. Have the model and the exact code ready when you call.
Is my machine worth repairing?
Often, yes. Machines built years ago were made with metal parts and they last. Many of the ones we see just need a good cleaning, fresh oil and an adjustment. We look at it first and tell you what it needs and what it costs. If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, we say so and you decide.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free. Bring the machine to the shop, we will look at it, and we will tell you the cost before any billed work is done.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Come by Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and drop the machine off. If you would rather call first, the number is (727) 321-9344.
Is your machine giving you trouble?
Call and tell us what it is doing. The estimate is free and you do not need the model number.
